I'm BAAAACK!!!

Well, I'm back at Next...almost fully settled into room 323. It feels totally weird to think of this as my room instead of Javi's...maybe it'll be better once I get foam tape and put up my dry erase board on the door. There's something about seeing your name in big letters on something that makes you truly believe it's yours.

Anyway, when are y'all going to be back? It's not as much fun without everyone here...we miss you guys!

hey guys i'm bored in lab and just wanted to say hi and try out this blogging deal. In any case, its hott in Boston today (100 degrees!) and both Nadia and Peter are gone so I'm a total loner. Yes, it's a sad fact. Good news though. Nadia and I will be back in Next by the 15th! HOORAYYYYY sweetness and cleanliness will be back. laterrr

The world is coming to an end...

...or at least this blog is. Where'd everyone go? I'm starting to feel like this is a page for my own personal entertainment, rather than for group fun.

I realize I haven't updated in a while, either, but I've been busy with work and such. Anyway, the Vivi news isn't much...

Emotionally, I'm a much happier person than I was at the end of last term. We're hoping this lasts. I'm not as whole as I'd like, but this'll do...some of us know exactly what I'm talking about, others will be left guessing because I'm not discussing further on a website. If you really want to know, email, IM or phone are the only ways I'm talking about it...at least until I get back on campus.

Otherwise, things are great...mostly relaxing. Although it's hard to realize I only have three weeks left at home...I thought I'd have forever! I've done almost nothing that I meant to accomplish this summer, so we'll see how my life progresses from here. I still can't drive, so no license for me just yet...I never got around to studying for my GREs, so I'm probably not taking them early this fall (hey, I make plans that are just as ambitious as any of you...I can just never stick to them)...so yeah. And I didn't get my article written for the September Counterpoint, so I feel dreadfully guilty. Minying says it's okay, but I still feel bad because I should have been able to do it. And there's still so much that needs to be done for Counterpoint...ah well.

Speaking of Counterpoint, would any of you be willing to work on the staff next year? You could do almost anything...layout, writing, editing, artwork, photography...even managing the business end. In fact, we're rather desperate for a permanent ad manager right now...

Okay, enough of a shameless plug/begging for a staff.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention this...I got a new cell phone! I originally meant to stick with T-Mobile and just get a new phone, but it was ridiculously expensive, so we ended up switching to Verizon. I'm sure more of my friends use Verizon anyway...but it's just kinda irritating to have your number change. Which is has. The new number's on the facebook...I don't want to post it online anywhere else.

Other than that, I don't think I have any interesting news...so have fun guys...and update!!! I know nothing of your lives, because none of you silly people will post!

So...another week...I think I may be the only one without a life, which explains why I'm the only one posting here...

Anyway, things are going well...in another week or so, I shall be gainfully employed (meaning I'll have more to do with my day than sit around and wonder what everyone else is up to). So yeah...that's pretty much it. Just thought I'd say something to keep this blog interesting...for whoever reads it...yeah.

I'm still living the life of a bum at home...TV makes up most of my day. The sad thing is, I'm probably going to lose what few Smash skills I ever had, because I can't play at home (we don't have Smash). Ah well, such is life.

Other than that...I'm really not doing anything. Work doesn't start till July, so I'm blissfully idle.

Ooh, question: who's coming back for orientation? And who's there for the whole summer? I'll be coming back for Dorm Rush as long as I'm approved...I think we should plan something elaborate for wing rush...and do cool stuff this next term. Maybe revive the Olympics? and we could plan it all out before classes start and stuff so that things are more likely to happen...

Yeah, I have too much time on my hands, which allows me to think about random crap like that. But I have to admit, I'm deeply excited for this next year!
